The
metagate
After decades of studying and assimilating the Tarot as a language, exploring the correspondences and paths between Sepiroth on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, I came to feel that the haze of intellectual complexity was clouding the raw intelligence that rules from beneath surface of the cards. The intellectual framework is ours - manmade; the governing intelligence is not.
So i decided to create a new framework.
The Metagate.
A set of 100 cards based far less on intellectual symbology and numerology; this is a more intuitive, feeling representation of reality. I have found my readings with these cards to be clearer and more surgical. This may be due to the personal nature of them - this new vocabulary having been born straight from my own unconscious, or it may simply be that the age of Mind is dying and the current evolution is a more formless affair.
I guess time will tell.

What is the Metagate?
​
It is a map; a signpost. It is an altar and a window. An invocation. It is a puzzle not yet pieced together. A visual poem. It is a journey and a dream.
A moving system; it is alive the moment your attention grazes it's surface… and dies the instant your mind moves on. A key to intuition, Metagate cards act as a focus for Synchronicity, a new language for Pure Intelligence to communicate more clearly with us.

An intuitive divination system of cards, using archetypes from several different cultures and systems.
There is nothing to be understood so do not reach for it; no connections to be made that do not make themselves. And there is no significance of shape nor structure. Formless. Like a dream, where all of the individual strands and pathways lead toward the center no matter which you follow; no matter at which point you enter.
The connections may have intellectual resonances, but in truth they are intuitive in nature. There are no right or wrong answers or interpretations.
This is a feeling process; the images before us a key unlocking our intuition. Their effect is alchemical, not simply reflecting the landscape of our psyche but transforming it.
The path is often very subtle, but if we just focus on the broader pattern before us, we will always discover the pathway waiting there patiently for us.
